Ivermectin Drops 1% - Mite Treatment - is for the treatment of mites in larger cage birds, e.g. Pigeons and Parrots.
Treats feather mite, depluming itch, scaly face, scaly leg in birds.
Cost effective, with enough product to provide a full course of treatment to a loft of up to 50 birds.
Easy to apply with the dropper bottle nozzle and the 1% concentration means that a single drop will provide an effective dose for an adult pigeon. Beware of lower concentration presentations, where one drop may not be adequate to provide an effective treatment.
PHARMAQ Ivermectin Drops can also be used prophylactically to prevent reinfestation. To reduce the chance of mites/lice being introduced into your loft, it is advisable to treat any new birds that you introduce into your loft, or any birds that have been in close contact with other birds outside of your loft e.g. races or shows.
