Delivery is charged by weight and calculated in your basket before you pay — no surprises at the last step. Collection from our Stirling store is always free.
Orders over 20kg are collection only, from our Stirling store. We don't send heavy orders by courier. Choose Pick up at checkout and we'll have it ready for you.

Choose Pick up at checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready — please wait for that email before travelling. Bring your order confirmation. Trailers and pickups are welcome, and the team will give you a hand loading.
Collection from our Ayr, Kinross and Lanark stores is coming soon. In the meantime, call your local branch directly and they will sort you out. Branch numbers and opening hours.
How long delivery takes
Standard delivery is typically 3–5 working days. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day usually dispatch the same day; orders after 2pm dispatch the next working day. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking once your order is on its way — if it hasn't arrived within 24 hours, check your junk folder before contacting us.
Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland
We deliver to most of these addresses, but courier surcharges apply and timescales are longer. Any surcharge for your postcode is shown at checkout before you pay. If you would like to confirm cost and timing before ordering, call us on 01786 474 481.
Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Contact us first and we will issue a returns reference.
Some items cannot be returned once opened or used, for good reason:
- Opened animal health products and licensed veterinary medicines
- Perishable feeds and bedding
- Made-to-order or special-order goods
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
Returning to a store
You can return an online order to any of our four stores — Ayr, Stirling, Kinross or Lanark. Bring your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. This is usually the quickest way to get a refund or exchange sorted. Store addresses and opening hours.
Damaged or missing items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the item and its packaging and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We don't make this difficult.
Changing or cancelling an order
Call us as soon as you can on 01786 474 481 and we will amend or cancel if the order has not yet been collected by the courier. Once it has shipped, you can return it once it arrives.
